Lately me and Aylik been working "behind the scenes" on how to revive this place. We figured, we need a new focus, and more initiative from our end.

That's why I become a so-called "second in command" person, so we can have two people who control and monitor what happens.

We have decided on doing multiple things, and they are:

  • Complete re-haul of rules within the FC and implement this website more.
  • While we still aim to be a social hang out where people can think of each other as a family, we are gonna try to branch out a bit more towards end-game content, such as EX Primals and Coil.
  • Make sure to recruit members so we stay active as a company.

Me and Aylik are serious about this FC. We want it to go somewhere, and we won't let it die.

Let's try out best to have a fantastic FC full of fantastic people.

Thank you so much for being a Seeker.

Aravix is absolutely right. We need substance and persistence if we are to stay as a close-knit Free Company. I've had the pleasure of inviting and even speaking on Skype with a great deal of you. Forging friendships is what this company is all about, and I can say with 100% accuracy that we have accomplished that much.

There's so much more we can do though! Weekly events, rewards, FC runs, FC wide skype calls (already done this a few times, fun times for sure.) All I ask is that you register on the site, participate and invite more people to join the FC!
If you really want to get into the fun, get on skype and talk with the lot of us, as well.

Without you guys, the game would be so much less fun. So be a part of Seekers by not only being here, but helping SoA become greater.

See you in Eorzea!

Hmm…I see, you are subtly implying we kick the gorillas out then? Bad joke aside, could I help out with the rules? I've been a forum mod ruling with an ironhand in my past for a large community.

Certainly. Any help is appreciated.

For example, we plan on having some kind of rule that implies that if you haven't logged in the past 30 days, you get demoted. 60+ days, and you'll get kicked. Of course, if you have told anyone what is up (through PM's, or status messages), we won't kick you out. We would also promote people who'd have been in the FC for 30 days to a rank that is above "Trailblazer", because that rank is really supposed to be the "initiate" kind-of thing.

However, more talk about the rules can probably be done through PM's or Skype, or whatever. That way we could also trade thoughts easier instead of spamming our not-really-used forum. Heh.
