As you all probably have noticed, Seekers of Arcadia is currently in limbo. It's dead, no doubt.

Why did this happen? Well, I'd say it's because of a loss of focus. For the longest time we didn't strive to be anything. Things we said didn't happen. And I'll partly take that blame.

However, we aren't done. At least, I'm not. We will revive Seekers of Arcadia.

We will need to actually find a focus, because what we are saying are conflicting.

1. We are primarily a social FC, but we also want to someday be able to focus content.
2. Recruitment. Something that we have been slacking on. We need to get this going again.
3. New rules. Our current rules, while nice and friendly, don't say anything but "don't be a douche." We need more rules. For example, demotion and getting kicked due to inactivity without telling us what is going on. For example, being gone for a month = demotion, being gone for 45-60 days = kick.
4. Make the website relevant. Pick up development of it to look better with the new Bootstrap, and pushing the idea of it to all Seekers.

I will not let this FC die. I don't even care if I have to do everything by myself, as long as I'm here I will keep this thing alive.

As guild master, I take all of the blame.
I've gotten pretty complacent, everyone had their own thing going, eh, why knock something that works? However, you make a good point and we DO need to do lots more for the FC. I don't ask much out of our normal members, just the recruitment and logging in whenever you can, staying active basically.
I'm behind Ara on this one. Let's make Seekers a fun place again. Let's make it even BETTER.
